Head of Data, Analytics & AI Platform

McLaren Automotive seeks a senior platform and data/AI leader to define multi-year roadmaps, secure executive sponsorship, and translate plans into quarterly objectives and funding. You will oversee a secure, self-service analytics platform and govern AI usage across engineering, design, and customer-facing products.

You will drive data governance, MLOps, and cost-aware delivery while mentoring teams and partnering with product, security, and cloud groups to deliver measurable business impact.
