Head of Data Engineering — Scale & Lead Data Platform

Lorien is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead a critical transformation for a global retail brand. You will shape and grow the engineering team, setting strategy, standards and governance across data platforms.

Expertise in Databricks, Data Factory and ADLS is essential, with hands-on CI/CD tooling and deep data architecture/engineering experience. You will lead a team of engineers, drive scalable data solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver impact.
