Head of Data Services

This is an opportunity to lead a Data Services function covering Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. You will shape strategy, develop teams, and drive the adoption of AI across data services.

The Role

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the Data Services function.
• Lead teams across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology.
• Drive the use of AI within data services workflows and delivery.
• Establish standards and best practices across analytics, reporting, and measurement.
• Support revenue growth through client development and new business opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and mentor practice leads and senior specialists.
• Present data strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the organisation's presence within the data and analytics market.

Your Skills & Experience

• Leadership experience across multiple data disciplines.
• Strong understanding of analytics, measurement, BI, and data services.
• Ability to lead technical teams and support delivery quality.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled processes or transformation programmes.
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting business growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
