Overview
As Head of Development, you will lead Queen Mary’s major gift programme, shaping strategies to secure 7+ figure gifts and steward long-term donor relationships. You will manage a portfolio of around 50 major prospects and steer the Development Team to align alumni engagement and regular giving with philanthropic priorities. Your work will drive philanthropic income and support the university’s strategic goals, including access, research impact, and student employability. This is a mission-driven, cross-team leadership role with a meaningful impact on the university’s growth and reputation.
