We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead a team of 12 talented professionals, including the Heads of Security and Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, strengthen technical delivery, and align engineering excellence with business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security , setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment to business goals.
• Define and deliver a forward-thinking engineering roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
• Champion best practices, modern tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all technical domains.
• Mentor department heads and senior engineers to foster leadership growth and technical depth.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering , Director of Engineering , or Head of Technology .
• Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure .
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in cloud‑first or hybrid environments.
• Background in an MSP or enterprise‑scale organisation.
