As Head of Engineering, you will lead a founding-engineering team to build a platform that educates, finances, and simplifies treatments for patients. You will partner with the CEO, Product, and design leaders to set the technical direction and deliver solutions aligned with ambitious business goals. This hands-on leadership role at an early-stage health-tech startup places you at the heart of architecture decisions and scalable delivery, with a strong focus on improving provider conversion and patient experience. You’ll help drive substantial growth following a public launch, backed by a major healthcare player, and shape meaningful change in the industry.

• Set and execute the technical direction to enable business goals
