Head of Engineering

In this role you will guide the architectural direction and delivery performance of software, hardware and AI platforms for a fast-growing organisation. You will lead a ~25-engineer multidisciplinary team, defining long-term tech vision and engineering standards. Collaborating with Product, Operations and Commercial teams, you will drive customer success and growth while aligning technology with business priorities and revenue goals. This position offers the chance to shape platform strategy across mobile, web, backend, hardware, data and AI systems and to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Own end-to-end architecture across mobile, web, backend, hardware, data and AI systems
• Define long-term technical vision, engineering standards and architectural principles
• Lead predictable, high-quality delivery aligned to business priorities and revenue goals
• Provide leadership, accountability and direction for a multidisciplinary team of ~25 engineers
• Partner with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to drive customer success, retention and growth

• Senior engineering leadership in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Proven experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams of 20+ engineers
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, distributed systems and AI/ML integration
