Head of Enterprise Systems, Security & AI

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms powering our global SaaS gifting platform. You will lead NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato, DealHub and the data definitions beneath them, shaping architecture, governance and roadmaps with broad autonomy.

You’ll own SOC 2 II and security policy, identity management across three countries, and partner with executives to automate manual work while driving faster outcomes across all business units.
