Head of First Line Controls – Hybrid/Remote EU Regs Lead

Domestic & General seeks an experienced Head of First Line Controls to lead regulatory compliance across customer, sales, service, and complaints operations in the EU.

You will drive risk and audit actions, develop scalable control frameworks with the CoE, and oversee supplier contracts and sales process governance. A senior leadership role reporting to Board level with ~15 FTE in scope.
