Head of Operations – Multi-Site Automation Leader

Radar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead a high-volume, multi-site operation in a fast-paced, highly automated environment. You will set direction, develop leaders and ensure accountability across the operation.

The role requires building a strong KPI culture, driving Lean/CI, safeguarding quality and safety, and delivering continuous improvement across multiple sites with a focus on efficiency and operational excellence.
