Lead the strategic direction and operation of the Civica UPM system and related portals to serve 700k+ pension members and 1,500+ employers.

You will build a high-performing Pensions Systems team, ensure regulatory compliance, workflow automation, and robust system governance aligned with LPPA’s goals.
