Taptap Send is seeking a systems-minded leader to drive our People Operations function, with a hands-on, high-ownership approach. You will set strategic direction and design the infrastructure that enables rapid scaling across our global team.

You will transform manual workflows into automated solutions, build a data-driven culture, and partner with Finance, Legal, and the business to align people strategy with growth. Office-based, five days a week, in London.
