Head of People Systems & Analytics

Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Head of People Systems to establish and shape our People Systems function, creating foundations to support growth. You will oversee systems, data and processes, delivering a single source of truth and meaningful workforce insights.

You'll lead the design, implementation, and governance of HR technology across the employee lifecycle, partnering with on-property teams to ensure exceptional employee experiences and operational excellence.
