Overview

In this role you will lead the Performance Analytics function, shaping the analytics strategy, roadmap, and models that drive commercial performance and growth. You partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, and Bureau leadership to translate data into actionable insights and opportunities. You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, embedding data-driven decision-making across the business. Responsibilities
  • Own the analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy and balance stakeholder demand with long-term value
  • Serve as strategic analytics partner to Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts
  • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks for key metrics such as LTV, retention, churn, profitability and growth opportunities
  • Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics, reporting and insights for executive decision-making
  • Lead analytics for subscription and marketplace businesses to improve customer value and growth
  • Leverage Bureau data, internal performance data and external market intelligence to benchmark and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology to deliver analytics programs and embed AI/automation to improve efficiency
Key requirements
  • Proven experience leading analytics or performance analytics teams
  • People leadership, stakeholder management and strategic business partnering experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with senior stakeholder collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Trading or Bureau
  • Expertise in analytical frameworks and predictive models including LTV, retention, upsell, churn, profitability
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
  • Track record of translating analysis into actionable insights and outcomes
  • Experience establishing performance frameworks, KPIs and executive reporting
  • Ability to prioritise an analytics roadmap aligned to objectives and outcomes
