Overview

In this role you will lead the Performance Analytics function, shaping the analytics strategy and delivering predictive models, insights, and reporting to drive commercial value. You will partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership to embed data-driven decision-making across the business. You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team and foster a culture of commercial thinking and technical excellence. Responsibilities
  • Own the Performance Analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy and value creation
  • Act as strategic analytics partner to Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts
  • Develop predictive models and frameworks for metrics like LTV, retention, churn, profitability and growth
  • Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics and executive reporting
  • Lead analytics for subscription and marketplace businesses to improve customer value and growth
  • Leverage Bureau data, internal data and external market intelligence to benchmark and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Technology to deliver actionable analytics programs, embedding AI and automation to improve outcomes
Key requirements
  • Proven experience leading Analytics or Performance Analytics teams
  • Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic partnering experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in analytical frameworks and predictive models (LTV, retention, churn, profitability, propensity modeling)
  • Advanced SQL skills with large datasets
  • Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and outcomes
  • Experience establishing performance frameworks, KPIs and executive reporting
  • Ability to prioritise analytics roadmap to business objectives and outcomes
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics techniques
