Head of Projects - Data Centre M&E Delivery

James Lewis Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead delivery across live data centre sites around the M25. You will own projects from smaller works to multi-million schemes, acting as principal contractor for the client and driving profitability.

You’ll split time between the Essex office (weekly) and site visits, with no hybrid/remote work. Expect ownership, client-facing leadership and clear programme governance.
