Overview
In this role you will lead the software delivery for the private banking division, shaping development and deployment across core, treasury, and finance systems. You will partner with business units and stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals, drive robust delivery practices, and safeguard performance and security. You will mentor a diverse delivery team and advance private banking capabilities through modern methodologies. Responsibilities- Develop and implement the private banking software delivery strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead adoption of best practices for development, deployment and maintenance in private banking
- Oversee planning, execution and delivery of core banking, Treasury and finance projects including Equation
- Manage risks, budget, scope, and resources for software projects
- Lead, mentor and manage software developers, PMs and QA engineers
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
- Coordinate with business units and product owners to capture requirements and priorities
- Ensure robust QA processes and monitor performance, security and reliability
- Minimum 10 years in software development
- At least 5 years in leadership roles within banking or financial services
- Proven track record delivering large-scale software projects in core banking, treasury and finance
- Experience with Equation and SQL Server environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python
- Experience with cloud technologies a plus
