Head of Software Engineering – Electronic Warfare

Leonardo UK Ltd seeks a Head of Software Engineering for its Electronic Warfare line, covering Luton, Lincoln and Bristol sites. You will lead a software community of around 180 engineers across Sensors, Data Fusion and Effectors to design, develop and deliver software solutions for EW capability.

Responsibilities include end-to-end software delivery, recruitment, governance, and developing product roadmaps with stakeholders.
