Overview

As Head of Software, you will lead a high-impact Enterprise Solutions portfolio (Corporate Actions, Tax Solutions, Cappitech) to drive growth and value for capital markets clients. You shape commercial strategy, market positioning, and product direction across the full suite, aligning market needs with investments and client outcomes. You will leverage AI to enhance decision-making, governance, and workflow integration across post-trade ecosystems. This global role combines cross-functional leadership with deep domain expertise to scale the business and deliver industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end commercial leadership for Corporate Actions, Tax, and Cappitech product suite, including revenue growth, P&L, pricing, and GTM
  • Define and present product strategy with options for inorganic growth
  • Lead global pre-sales, RFPs, solution design, proposals, and executive client engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with buy-side, sell-side, custodians, asset servicers, regulators, and partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Technology to align strategy and execution
  • Act as senior escalation point for key clients and represent the business in governance forums
  • Drive thought leadership and market advocacy through client engagement and industry events
  • Identify and scale growth opportunities across new markets, client segments, product adjacencies, AI-enabled innovations, and partnerships
  • Translate market intelligence and client insight into product roadmap and investment recommendations
  • Build and lead a global team of SMEs across product management, revenue, and technology
Key requirements
  • Extensive commercial strategy, sales, or business development experience within capital markets with proven revenue growth and P&L ownership
  • Deep domain expertise across Corporate Actions, asset servicing, tax processing, regulatory reporting, post-trade, clearing, and settlement ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, competitive landscape, and AI’s role in governance and value creation
  • Executive-level stakeholder management with credibility with clients, regulators, and industry bodies
  • Global leadership experience and ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and tell a market narrative
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization with senior executive presence
