Head of Strategy & Policy — Strategic Leader, Hybrid Work

Croydon Council is seeking a Head of Strategy & Policy to lead the corporate strategy and policy function. You will work directly with the Executive Mayor, Chief Executive and elected members to shape policy, influence decisions and position the Council to respond to local government opportunities and challenges.

You will drive strategic delivery, align senior partners, and translate vision into practical outcomes for residents, businesses and communities across Croydon.
