Head of Tech Services & Support - Campus IT Leader

BIMM University is seeking a Head of Technology Services and Support to lead the delivery and evolution of technology support across its UK campuses. You will guide the teams, oversee operations, and shape how students and staff interact with technology throughout their university experience.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, driving a modern, insight-led support function and strong governance across teaching spaces, AV systems, and end-user devices.
