Head of Technology and Infrastructure

In this role you will lead technology, infrastructure, cyber security, workplace tech and IT support in a charity, shaping a proactive and professionally managed tech function. You will partner with senior stakeholders to stabilise and optimise the technology estate, enhance cyber resilience, and drive value from our technology investments. This is a transformational leadership position focused on moving from reactive support to strategic enablement. You will manage key suppliers, budgets and a small team, delivering secure, reliable IT services that support the organisation's mission.

• salary up to 81,000 per annum
• hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite in London

• Lead technology, infrastructure, cyber security, workplace technology and IT support services
• Stabilise and optimise the existing technology estate and workplace environment
• Strengthen cyber resilience, governance, risk management and service assurance
• Lead strategic technology suppliers and ensure strong performance, value and accountability
• Oversee technology budgets, procurement and investment decisions
• Improve service management, user support and operational performance
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, automation, AI and modern productivity tools
• Lead and develop a small technology team

• Senior leadership experience across technology, infrastructure, IT operations or technology services
• Proven track record improving technology operations and service management in a complex environment
• Experience managing third-party technology suppliers and contracts
• Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networks, devices, collaboration platforms and SaaS
• Good understanding of cyber security, information assurance and technology risk
• Strong team and stakeholder management skills
• Public sector or charity experience preferred
