Overview
In this role you drive the in-house technology and data services across a global business in the FinTech space. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure scalable, secure IT systems that support rapid growth and digital transformation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, modernise platforms, and engage with the board to align technology with business strategy. This is an opportunity to shape technology operations at scale and deliver lasting impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Oversee all IT systems, including client services, support, compliance, service desk, reporting, and data management
- Keep technology up-to-date and efficient to support growth while maintaining data integrity
- Manage relationships with external providers and internal developers for smooth operations
- Research and implement new technologies and strategies within IT budgets to modernise the business
- Contribute to day-to-day tech procedures that benefit colleagues across the company
- Experience at board level in an IT-focused role
- Strong IT background: computer systems, hardware, security, databases, and cloud-based tech
- Excellent communication and leadership, including coaching and advising teams
- Ability to oversee multiple global projects with strong organisation and resilience under pressure
