Head of Year - Collaborative Student Support Lead

Ian Ramsey Church of England Academy is seeking a dedicated part-time role to start as soon as possible. The position is 22.5 hours per week, aligned with term-time plus 3 professional development days and 3 additional days (total 39.2 weeks). Working pattern: 8am-4pm.

Salary scales NJC SCP 18-22 (£32,578-£34,811 FTE). Pro rata salary shown as £14,893.49-£15,914.34. The successful candidate should demonstrate high expectations, enjoy collaborative, innovative work, and maintain confidentiality
