Health, Safety & Incident Coordinator — Data-Driven Impact

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a full-time Health, Safety and Employee Incident Coordinator to support our Health and Wellness team in Ontario. You will manage employee incident reporting, WSIB data, and drive compliance across safety programs.

Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellness Manager, you will produce reports, monitor trends, and ensure accurate records. Experience in healthcare and OHSA/WSIA knowledge are valued.
