Healthcare Compliance Coordinator

Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, the full-time Healthcare Compliance Coordinator will oversee audits, manage incident investigations, and maintain compliance tracking processes in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitor regulatory and contract changes, communicating updates to stakeholders Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective action follow-up Investigate compliance-related incidents, including Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and HIPAA matters Required qualifications 3-5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred Proven track record in managing audits and regulatory reporting Strong understanding of compliance principles and risk management processes Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
