Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant

Apply healthcare analytics and Epic reporting expertise as a Decision Support Analyst with Lakeridge Health in Whitby, Ontario.

This temporary full-time, 12-month contract supports evidence-based decisions across clinical programs and senior management. The role uses patient-related and hospital utilization data, SQL, Power BI, and Epic reporting modules. You will develop insights, monitor goals, and strengthen reporting for the Substance Use Disorder Integrated Care Pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data from Epic and other SQL database sources
• Design dashboards, reports, and metrics in Epic and Power BI
• Maintain, troubleshoot, investigate, and develop reporting products
• Strengthen SUD ICP dashboard data quality and associated metrics
• Document reporting solutions, processes, and data assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor-level degree in science, health informatics, or similar field
• Three years of progressive data or analytics services experience
• Epic reporting knowledge and required or attainable module certification
• Working knowledge of WTIS and national or provincial datasets
• Ability to analyze data and present complex ideas clearly
