Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Analyst with expertise in Erwin, Microsoft Azure, and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of healthcare data analysis.

Roles:

• Conduct data analysis using various tools and technologies such as Erwin, Microsoft Azure, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain data models to support healthcare analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze healthcare data.
• Identify trends and patterns in healthcare data to improve decision-making processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data models for healthcare analytics projects.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources for analysis.
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions for healthcare challenges.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Proficiency in Erwin data modeling, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and SQL database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
