Healthcare Enterprise Implementation Engineer

Heidi is expanding its enterprise healthcare AI platform and is looking for a Software Implementation Engineer to own the technical onboarding, account setup, and integration delivery for NHS deployments. You will configure identity and access, provision tenants, and ensure successful go-live with a focus on fast, reliable installations.

You will serve as the technical arm of the customer journey, translating requirements into concrete configurations, coordinating with TPMs and engineers, and
