Heat Network Growth & Densification Lead

The Mill in East London is seeking a Densification Manager (Project Development) to identify and secure new customer connections to existing heat networks, supporting regional growth and decarbonisation. You will manage opportunities from initial engagement through financial close and handover.

Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, assessing technically feasible and commercially viable solutions, and leading negotiations with customers to deliver funded
