Hedge Fund Senior Compliance Officer

Our client, a global hedge fund, is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team to support generalist compliance responsibilities. This role will play a critical role in advising the business on key initiatives while holding oversight of the compliance program.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze regulatory developments affecting investment advisers and assess the compliance implications of new business activities, operational changes, and policy updates.
• Execute compliance testing programs by assessing regulatory requirements, developing testing methodologies, conducting reviews, and preparing findings with actionable recommendations.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs to reinforce regulatory knowledge, strengthen internal controls, and foster a firm-wide culture of compliance. xhqgsiq
• Compile and deliver compliance dashboards, management reports, and key risk metrics to senior leadership to support oversight and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• JD preferred but not required
• 5+ years of compliance experience at a hedge fund
