TotalMed is seeking a Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for an ASAP locum assignment at Bay Area Hospital in Oregon. This is an outpatient focused role at a free standing cancer center with a 1:4 call rotation and strong APP support.

Outpatient Cancer Center • EPIC • 2 Weeks/Month Required • 20% Heme / 80% Onc

Position Highlights

  • ASAP start ongoing

  • Minimum: 2 weeks/month

  • Setting: Outpatient cancer center (free standing)

  • Schedule: 4 5 days/week, 8:30a 4:30p

  • Admin time: day or full day as needed

  • Call: 7 days per month (includes 1 weekend), 1:4 rotation

  • Patient Volume: /day outpatient

  • Inpatient: Only if patients are admitted for chemo

  • Team: 3 physicians + 2 APPs

  • EMR: EPIC

Practice Mix

  • 20% Hematology (mostly malignant; benign heme referred out)

  • 80% Oncology (solid tumor focus)

  • Radiation Oncology onsite

Requirements

  • Board Certified in BOTH Hematology & Oncology

  • Oregon license preferred (will accept candidates needing to obtain)

  • DEA

  • NPDB self query (within 30 days)
