Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: 36 patient contact hours/week patients/day
Setting: Primarily Outpatient

• $800,000 income guarantee for the first 2 years

• Primarily outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice
• patients/day
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Hospital admissions managed by the Hospitalist service
• APP support for inpatient rounding
• Equitable physician second-call responsibilities
• Diverse case mix including:
  • Solid Organ Tumors
  • Breast Oncology
  • Gynecologic Oncology
  • Hematology

• $800K two-year income guarantee
• $600K salary floor + production from Year 3

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Current, unrestricted state and federal prescribing authority
• Active DEA
• Clean malpractice and background history
• Self-Query NPDB required and should be pulled within the month at presentation
