Locums Hematology/Oncology Seaside, OR (Active or Pending OR License) Why This Role

• Flexible three- or four-day clinic schedule
• No call, weekends, or inpatient coverage
• Approximately 10 patients per day

Assignment Details
• Start: December 1, 2026
• Duration: Ongoing
• Setting: Outpatient clinic integrated with an infusion center
• Schedule: Three to four days per week, four weeks per month
• Tuesday ÄìFriday preferred, but other weekdays may be considered
• Shift options: 8:00 a.m. Äì5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. Äì5:30 p.m.
• One-hour lunch
• Nine guaranteed hours per day
• No call
• Locums coverage supporting a long-term permanent search
Clinical Environment
• Nine infusion chairs
• Four examination rooms
• Newly remodeled clinic
• Dedicated oncology nurse manager
• Onsite social work
• Dietitian, palliative care, and oncology nurse-navigation services
Support
• Six RNs
• Two MAs
• One NP/PA
• Six office staff members
• No APP supervision required
• Resident or teaching supervision is listed as required
Clinical Scope
• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology consultations and follow-up care
• Coordination with the integrated infusion center
• Bone-marrow biopsy experience preferred
Requirements
• Board certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Oregon medical license or license in process
• Active DEA
• Current BLS
• Hospital credentialing and privileges required
Credentialing
• Approximately 90 days
• Temporary privileges are not available
• Vendor-provided malpractice insurance
