High-Performance Systems Engineer (Rust, Distributed Infra)

LayerZero Labs is seeking a Systems Engineer to build foundational systems powering execution and infrastructure layers. You will focus on runtime architecture, concurrency, and scalable execution, shaping how systems scale and stay stable under load.

Responsibilities include designing robust, high-performance components, profiling, and debugging while contributing to scheduling and synchronization decisions. You will own the end-to-end system lifecycle from design to production.
