High-Temp Reliability Engineer - Testing & DFMEA

API Microwave is seeking a Reliability Analyst to develop and execute reliability test plans for high-temperature electronic hybrids. You will conduct stress testing, life testing, and failure mode analyses to improve robustness across the product line.

Responsibilities include ALT/HALT testing, reliability modelling (Arrhenius/Weibull), DFMEA collaboration, and delivering clear reports for senior leadership and customers.
