Higher Ed IT Change Analyst — Post-Award

Soda is seeking an IT Change Business Analyst to support Higher Education projects in London, working 2–3 days in office. The role focuses on optimising post-award services, payments, staff changes and digital reporting within a multi-department setting.

You will collaborate with RIS Post Award, Finance and central teams to map as-is processes, identify pain points, and develop future-state models and requirements for a multi-year transformation program.
