Lead the financial reporting function as a Group Financial Controller at HireLoft Recruitment. You will navigate complex IFRS issues and streamline consolidation for a growing multi-entity organization.
This high-visibility role, reporting directly to the VP Finance, demands a technically sharp CPA with at least 8-12 years of relevant experience. Your expertise will be essential in driving improvements in financial processes, managing integrations for newly acquired entities, and getting the company IPO-ready. This is not just a finance role; it's about building the foundation for future expansion.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct consolidation across 30+ legal entities • Enhance close processes and implement automation • Oversee external audit processes from initiation to completion • Strengthen compliance and reporting for public markets • Manage financial integration of new acquisitions
Requirements: • CPA with a preference for Big 4 experience • Extensive knowledge of IFRS standards • Experience driving IPO readiness and compliance • Strong consolidation tool proficiency, especially with Vena • Self-reliant and adept at solving technical accounting challenges
