  • PPD: 17-20 PPD in addition to 1-2 admits daily that are distributed in a round robin manner
  • Hours: 7 am - 7 pm & 7 pm - 7 am, mainly nights
  • Support Staff: Three nocturnist on nights, they cover floor calls as well as admissions. Average 4-6 admissions per night.
  • Codes: do not run code blues, however, do respond to rapid response codes
  • Open ICU with excellent intensivist support (intensivist on 24/7.) Hospitalists manage 1-2 vasopressors, if beyond that the intensivist team takes over
