Position Highlights :

  • 7 on/7 off Days (can discuss if you prefer nights)
  • Only 1:3 Hospitalists need to stay at hospital for whole shift. Rotate who gets to leave after 6 hours or so.
  • Open ICU but onsite Intensivist during days to cover ICU call first
  • 10-12 census each shift
  • Intubations/lines not required

Compensation & Benefits :

  • $250,000 Base Salary plus RVU Production
