Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Hospitalist

Summary:
Join a dedicated team providing inpatient hospitalist coverage in Williston, North Dakota. The facility offers 24 hours/day hospitalist services, ensuring quality care for admitted patients including medical-surgical and ICU cases. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact during your coverage dates, addressing the current provider shortage.

Responsibilities:

• Cover all admissions and rounds for admitted hospital patients.
• Admit patients from the ER and manage care for those admitted to the hospitalist services.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, including FNPs available Monday through Friday.
• Manage daily shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM with night call responsibilities from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Utilize EMR (Meditech) for patient documentation and management.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified (Highly Preferred) or Board Eligible (Required).
• State Licensure in North Dakota (Required).
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications (Required).
• Clean malpractice history (Required).
• Availability for credentialing to ensure a quick turnaround.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a valid North Dakota license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications are mandatory.
• Board Certification is preferred but not required.
