Hotel Finance Manager & Commercial Partner

The Malone Hotel, part of the Macklin Group, is seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to lead the hotel's finance function and act as a strategic partner to the General Manager. You will own budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, cash flow, controls and reporting to support commercial decision-making.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive financial performance, develop robust financial processes and provide commercial insights to improve margins and guest experiences.
