HP NonStop COBOL Systems Analyst

This Technical Systems Analyst develops, enhances, and supports BESS applications on HP NonStop systems. The work includes COBOL85, SCOBOL, SCREEN COBOL, TACL, Enscribe, and messaging integrations. You will implement business and regulatory changes while supporting critical production applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement BESS application enhancements
• Maintain business logic using COBOL85 and SCOBOL
• Develop user interfaces with SCREEN COBOL
• Create TACL scripts and operational utilities
• Provide L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Experience with HP NonStop and NonStop OS
• Knowledge of TACL and Enscribe Database
• Experience with COBOL85, SCOBOL, and SCREEN COBOL
• Application development, maintenance, and production support experience
• Knowledge of IBM MQ or NonStop MQ
