Overview

In this role, you will contribute to a large-scale research HPC environment, spanning compute, GPU, storage and networking. You work across Linux-based infrastructures to understand demanding workloads and translate researcher needs into practical solutions. You will drive automation, platform upgrades and adoption of new technologies, including cloud-based HPC and AI/ML workloads. You collaborate closely with researchers and cross-functional teams to enable impactful, data-intensive research and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop a large-scale computing environment
  • Work across Linux compute, GPU infrastructure, storage and networking
  • Implement automation and infrastructure upgrades
  • Improve performance and adopt new technologies (including cloud HPC)
  • Provide support to researchers and translate requirements into practical solutions
  • Enhance monitoring, observability and incident response
  • Collaborate with researchers and technical teams to optimize workloads
