HR AI Solutions Architect

Bentley Systems is seeking an HR AI Solutions Partner to redefine how HR uses AI. You will partner with HR teams, prioritize AI opportunities, and build end-to-end solutions with autonomous agents and optimized workflows.

You will work with IT and enterprise architects to ensure scalable infrastructure and governance. You will translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders, own projects from idea to production, and ship solutions that improve HR service delivery.
