SMBC Group in EMEA is seeking an HR Analytics and Insights Developer on a fixed-term basis to advance HR's reporting ecosystem, leading front-end Power BI dashboards and Alteryx data modeling in collaboration with the Data Architecture Lead.

You will translate complex business questions into insight-led outputs, design secure access with RLS, and contribute to agile MI delivery, supporting senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
