HR Lead (Fully Remote)

• Own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Build rigorous hiring processes, including structured interviews, scorecards, and offer design.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen culture, engagement, and team effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR experience in medium-to-large technology companies.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience across technology or gaming environments.
• Confidence handling conflicts, with experience using AI tools and Atlassian/Slack.
• Fully remote work within Europe.
