HR Operations & Systems Specialist (9-Month Contract)

Holt Renfrew seeks a Specialist, HR Operations & HR Systems for a 9‑month contract to maintain and optimize HR processes and HRIS data. You will collaborate with Payroll, Audit & Privacy and other teams to support employee lifecycles while protecting confidentiality within the HR function.

The role requires 1–2 years HRIS experience (Workday preferred), a post-secondary degree, and strong customer service and organizational skills.
