HR Process Transformation Lead - SAP S/4HANA/SuccessFactors

Vitae Financial Recruitment is partnering on an Interim HR Process Transformation Lead role focused on an SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors-enabled Hire-to-Retire transformation. You will lead discovery, diagnostic and roadmap activities across Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll and related systems.

The assignment is 8–12 months, full-time, based in Hertfordshire, with a daily rate of around £1,250 outside IR35. You will challenge external consultants and shape the future HR operating model.
