HR Quality Assurance Lead (Risk & Compliance)

Deloitte is seeking an HR Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to join the HR Risk & Compliance team. You will deliver independent, risk-based second-line assurance over HR services, assess process design and operating effectiveness, and support governance forums with evidence-based conclusions.

You will partner with first-line HR Services teams, monitor remediation actions, and help drive continual improvement across HR operations in a large professional services firm.
